gMail: delete an email with the Delete key

This modification takes place in several stages:

• Go to the quick configuration by clicking on the wheel, top left:
  
  
• Check the ?Enable keyboard shortcuts? box:
  
  
• At the top of the screen, click on ?Keyboard shortcuts? which has been added:
  
  
• Then find the text "Delete" on the page, clear the input box and insert the character 127 (on Windows you need to hold Alt and press successively 0, 1, 2 and 7):
  
  
• Save the change. It becomes immediately effective.
